You can only have one match per character on the show.
If Zeke is already booked for Superstars, he cannot be booked for Smackdown.

It's in the interest of fairness. There's a limited match card, and we need to leave spots open for other characters. If Zeke is booked for both Smackdown and Superstars, then that robs someone else a spot on either show, and that's not fair to the person.
Try and get here early on Sunday so RVD can participate in the Hardcore championship, so you can still have both your superstars booked for AWWE Confrontation.

That is incorrect. The only reason Chris Masters was booked twice was because Ant promised him the match before he realized that Masters was already booked previously.

and ant said that if everyone's wrestlers had been in 1 match and there was still room , he would let people join but im not to sure if that was just for the first show

Yes, most of Smackdown last night didn't show up on time to participate in their matches. Only under those special circumstances will characters from other brands be used on another, and may be booked more than once.
