Last week’s edition of TNA Impact, which scored a 1.41 cable television rating with 1.9 million viewers, officially broke the 2 million mark for the first time since its January 4th special live Monday night showing.
Adding DVR viewership, TNA added 200,000 additional viewers, bringing the final total to 2.1 million viewers. TNA experienced the same result two weeks ago on its special live broadcast, bringing in additional viewers to bring the total to 1.9 million. Going into more detail, Impact! scored a 1.30 rating among males 18-49, a key factor for the company.
PERAGINE’S TAKE: Two straight weeks, we have seen a nice pop in the ratings from TNA. It appeared that for one night, the talk-heavy program worked. Bringing in over 2 million viewers is a milestone for the company.
Now, it is all about keeping steady and growing with the ratings. This week’s episode of Impact! will certainly tell us if TNA can maintain its impressive two weeks of high ratings.
