Cody was in the middle of the Smackdown with a confused look on his face. His former partner Ted had turned on him and they just got back together. Cody wanted answers and he wanted them now. So he did the only thing that would get him that, call out Ted. " Ted last week you sucker punched me from behind and left me in that tag match alone, even after we got the upperhand on DX. And what I want to know is why. You said we were gonna take AWE by storm, you said we were going to become Tag Team champions, you said we were going to rule this place..... We were Young, Rich, And Dashing. Legacy was about to make it's mark. But I guess you had other plans huh. All I want to know Ted is why...... Why? " Cody with his emotions off the charts waited too see if Ted would show his face.
Moments Later Ted's theme played over the loud speaker. And Ted said the most infamous line when a relationship was ending " Its not you Cody... Its me. " The crowd was taken back with Ted's comments. Did he just really use that line? Ted then made his way into the ring to talk to Cody face to face. " Cody you want to know why I did what I did? Well let me say this in a way it won't hurt your feelings. Using I Messages! I feel like YOU don't have the skill to be a partner of mine. I feel like YOU aren't even dashing."
Cody interrupted not happy about what Ted was saying " Cut the BS Ted and tell me the truth. None of this I message bull you are giving me." Ted smiled at Cody then replied " You want the real reason. The real reason is that thing around your waist. It should be mine. You don't deserve to have it. You are a sorry excuse for a wrestler." Cody had enough of Ted as he took his mic and went across Ted's head with it. Picking up Ted's mic Cody said " If you want it, then come take it." Cody then walked away leaving Ted in the ring.
