Jericho's music played as he was surrounded by AWE security guards .Jericho had a custom black and gray suit made just for this address. He made his way to the middle of the ring which had a podium set up just for him. With the words Empire stamped on the front of the podium everyone could tell this was serious.

" I'm here to address everything that has happened on Smackdown for the past month and half. The first thing I am addressing is my current win loss record. Its true I have lost a few matches but if you check the rankings you will see I am number two for contendership to the world title. And last SD you saw why. The Rock and I dominated the Rough Ryders." The crowd started too boo but Jericho didn't care. He waited for them to quiet down before continuing.

" Now to the most important topic. The most talked about thing on SD, The Empire. Ziggler, a guy who let under my wing betrayed The Empire. Last night Drew couldn't get the job done. But rest assured Ziggler will reap what he has sewn. With that being said there is a vacancy in The Empire. And last week I saw a man who I knew could fill that vacancy. So without further ado let me introduce the newest member of The Empire, all the way from Raw, THE ALL AMERICAN AMERICAN JACK SWAGGER. "

[Empire Ryder]

*Jack Swagger walks down the ramp, and up to the podium with more (pun 100% intended) Swagger than ever before*

If you can't accept my technical style than I don't care about you AWE Universe!" *Swagger gets a lot of cheap heat from the crowd for this* "Chris we are a lot alike We both have similar submission finishers. I am also like Dew in that with your guidance I have a great long career ahead of me! Those 'Rough Ryders" have nothing on The Empire-"
*Oh Radio tell me everything you know cuts him off when Ryder and Yoshi walk on stage and into the ring. The long Island Iced Z has a mic*

Ryder:"Jericho do NOT be proud about attacking Kingston and I from behind before the match started dude! Now its OUR turn! We are on the ATTACK!" "Yoshi stares into the eyes of Swagger and swiftly kicks the podium down over the ropes and it breaks against the concrete*

(Ant I propose that this chaos starts a 2 on 2 in ring brawl as either an opener or main event whichever one fits better with the show )
