Jericho can be seen in the ring with a mic in hand. Standing next to him The One and Only Jack Swagger. The Crowd had began to boo but Jericho's expression did not change. He raised the mic to his lips to begin speaking.
" I know what you people want, you want me to talk about what has happened to the Empire the past few weeks. But you aren't going to get it. I will say however that there will be a full investigation of the AWE staff especially the refs to make sure there isn't any " funny business" going on. With that being said there is something that I want that Batista has, number one contender-ship to the World Heavyweight Championship. Hasn't he already had his shot and got demolished by Cena. "
The Crowd then begins to cheer hearing Cena's name come out of Jericho's mouth, Jericho is less than pleased. " Oh thats right cheer for that Neanderthal. You guys boo me for giving you quality wrestling but you cheer for a guy who barely can do five moves. All of you talk about Cena dominating Smackdown and how long he has had the title but the only reason he is still holding that belt is because he hasn't faced me yet. So Batista if you aren't as pathetic as a wrestler we saw you as at the Bash you will accept my challenge right here, right now. And if you want to bring your new partner in your corner thats fine because I can have Swagger in mine.
